There was an item missing from my order and they obviously knew about it at the shipping stage (because it was highlighted on the invoice), but nothing was communicated to me until I contacted them repeatedly after the item arrived. I understand that there is a miscommunication with the workers, but what I don't understand is that after I contacted them, they would not apologize even for a single word when they made a refund or when I complained. It is as if they think they are emperor.
(Edit) The owner has replied below, and this will show you how they never apologize. The “threats” and such are overblown, I merely declared that I would make it known to the public that they are unreliable suppliers. Also, there is no such thing as me ordering materials only two weeks before shipping my game, and their other excuses distort what I wrote. What I am angry about is that they failed to contact me as they should have, causing me damage that I should not have had to do, and they spend thousands of words justifying themselves, but never utter a single word of apology.
They accuse me of using strong language, but they are not willing to face the reason why I am angry while using such language. How arrogant!
