1. General
The following general trading conditions apply to all contracts, supplies and other services. We hereby contradict deviating regulations of the contracting party. All special agreements require written confirmation on our part. "www.spielmaterial.de" is at any time justified to change or supplement these general trading conditions.

Our offers are noncommittal. Small deviations and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. The respective on-line catalog loses its validity with appearance of a new edition.
3. Supply and payment
The terms of payment and supply of "www.spielmaterial.de" are shown in the purchase order form. There are no minimum order quantities. All our prices contain the legal value added tax at a value of at present 19% (if in EU). We may make a partial delivery if this appears favourable. Special formats of delivery asked from our customers are computed with addition.
4. Delivery
Items available will be brought to delivery within 7 days, transportation time depents on country and type of edelivery. If items are not available when ordering, we strive for fastest possible supply. The delivery period is extended appropriately due to higher force, labor disputes, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances. Claims for damages because of delay or impossibility delivery are impossible. Unless a legal representative of the company "www.spielmaterial.de" acted deliberately or roughly negligently.
The total or partial loss of items from a delivery according to international postal agreements can only be claimed by the receiver, thus not by us. In such a case, the customer agrees to make necessary claims.
5. Right of revocation:

Right of revocation : You can cancel your order within two weeks time without giving any reasons using letter, fax or e-mail or simply by re-sending the items. The time limit starts earliest with the receipt of this instruction, however, not before the receipt of the items. To meet the cancellation time-limit, on-time sending is sufficient.

In case of a valid cancellation, performance received and emoluments taken are to be returned. If the returned items are damaged, you shall be liable for compensation. This is not true, if the worsening of the items is due to the neccessary examination as i.e. in a regular shop.
